The third Bonanza shop in Berlin Mitte is a contemporary tribute to the coffee bars of Milan with a sense of tradition.
 

True to our design dogma we only used three main materials, Stone, Steel & Timber to create the new Mitte outpost of Bonanza Coffee Roasters. The central element being a freeform shape in hand polished stainless steel made by expert craftspeople in the north of The Netherlands. 55sqm of the finest green Marble was used for the floor and all work surfaces. A bespoke shelving system behind the counter and in the shop is used as retail displays and as much needed storage in this small café in one of the nicest streets of Berlin Mitte. Modiste designed and built everything bespoke for Bonanza except for 5 hockers by Hans Wegner.
